Exercise Your Legs
If you are experiencing neuropathy in the legs, then you can deal with the numbness by stretching your legs on a regular basis. Get the muscles in your legs used to different positions. This can help promote effective blood flow, alleviating pressure on your nerves and reducing pain.
Start out by straightening your knee, getting your leg a couple of inches off the ground. Hold this position and flex your foot straight. Repeat this exercise for several minutes and then rest. You may even want to massage your leg after each workout routine so that you can reduce any soreness.
